When you hear someone say, "I am going to the dentist" everyone can't help but to cringe, especially when you say the orthodontist. From the moment I had my initial consult, to the first day I got my braces on, to currently 7 months into treatment, the staff has been wonderful, from the receptionists, to the techs, and especially the doctors. The conversations with each individual you have in the A.O. building are more than just your treatment. Everyone gets to know a little bit about you, and get to know a little about them. The atmosphere is just wonderful. It makes a big difference when someone is terrified of the dentist, to looking forward to going to the dentist. I couldn't ask for a better staff than the A.O. staff in the Joliet office. Smiles greet you when you walk in, and smiles are there when you leave. Great team, great treatment, very very painless, and great place for anyone to get braces put on.
